New organic, locally-sourced restaurant opens in Cawston

Don’t miss Row Fourteen’s grand opening at 5 p.m. with music by The Tall Brothers at 8 p.m.

Residents in the Similkameen now have a new place to find local, organic eats with the opening of Row Fourteen Restaurant at Klippers.

Located at 725 Mackenzie Rd. in Cawston, the restaurant prides itself on using local, organic produce to create inspired dishes. The restaurant will be doing its regular lunch service from 12 to 3 p.m., with the grand opening to commence at 5 p.m.

Chef Derek Grey will be serving up $5 canapes in four varieties, and attendees can sip on $5 cocktails made using local fruits. The ribbon cutting will take place at 7 p.m. and Cawston’s own The Tall Brothers will be performing at 8 p.m.
