On Feb 1, Cawston Hall will be rocking with two dance bands, “Infusion” with Rob Robertson, James Dupperon and friends and with “K-Town” introducing Dan and Stef Laramie and Michael Fitzgerald playing during the break to keep us rocking all night long.
There will be a silent auction in the WI Room consisting of artistic interpretations of the hall’s old wooden chairs. Transformed, painted and decorated like you have never seen before, each chair will be unique and an original piece of art created by local artists, bids starting at $10 for each chair. There will also be door prizes, 50/50, and much more.
“Eau Vivre” winery will be selling their exquisite wines at the bar during the evening by the glass or by the bottle. Refreshments along with home baked goodies will be available by donation in the hall’s kitchen.
This is sure to be a winter break out as the hall will be decorated as a tropical theme, so wear your Hawaiian/tropical attire and let us bring in the warm sunny feeling to the hall. There will be a corner that will be set up in the WI room to have your picture taken in this theme.
This fundraiser will help us maintain the building especially the roof which is in need of repair. The Cawston Hall is an integral part of our community so come out and have some fun while supporting it.
